lovers lane - presidio

Hidden up in the Presidio this awesome space offers a great wooded feel and works for both AM and PM shoots. Lots of fun places for kiddos to explore and beautiful light.

Palace of fine arts

In the past I have only done this location in the PM because of where the sun sets. Now I know there is stunning light in the morning AND the evening though, so I recommend both. The top three photos are AM and the bottom 3 are PM. Beautiful architecture, color and lines!

The bridge! Another great PM location Crissy Field gives us beach, grass, water and the beautiful red lady in the background.

The Bridge from the other side! This location is pure beach and great in the later evenings. Beware the nude beach though the closer we get to the bridge! 🙂

One of my favorites! The architecture is amazing and this location is great for early AM or PM shoots. On a clear day, we can get some of the bridge as well!

Lucas Park - presidio

This beautiful garden near the yoda statue and lucas arts is gorgeous all year long and good for AM and PM shoots!  

cavallo point

A different spin on the classic golden gate bridge photo!  Cavallo point is on the sausalito side and filled with harbor, city views, bridge views and amazing former military outposts.  Best for PM if you want the bridge but it can work for AM too!

crane cove

7-acre urban park in Potrero Point, San Francisco, California, located on the city's east-facing waterfront.  This location can work for AM or PM shoots, depending on if you want industrial city scape or waterfront for your photos.

japanese tea gardens

the oldest operating public Japanese Garden in North America. Natural beauty and tranquility greet you amongst graceful Japanese maples, twisting pines, clipped azaleas, and cherry trees.  It can be AM or PM but it can get crowded so usually it's best as soon as they open!
